Ride Waiver, Disclaimer, and Release Consent:

I understand and agree that my voluntary participation in the 1901 Rally Event and the rides are not required of me and everyone who attends or rides, including passengers, does so by their own choice and are responsible for their own actions. I certify that I have the proper driver's license, insurance, skills, and will obey all traffic laws and speed limits. By traveling to or from the Event, attending, participating, and/or while operating a motorized vehicle I understand and agree that I am responsible for my own actions that may affect me, others, or the property of others. I further agree to defend, hold harmless, indemnify, and release 1901 Rally LLC and all partners and sponsors from any and all liability for any such losses, damage, legal fees, personal injury, medical claims, or death that may occur from my participation in this Event. 1901 Rally LLC and all partners, sponsors, vendors, or assigns of this Event are granted the right to create and use video and photographic imagery of this Event and/or of the participants for the express legal and ethical purposes of marketing, advertising, and promotion of this Event and these entities and their products. As a participant and/or guest of this Event, I understand and agree that I have no rights or claims to such imagery as described and no compensation will be paid to me.
